Salary / Pay Scale: CTC shall be Rs. 5.10 Lakhs per annum (approximately) for S-3 Grade. CTC includes Pay and Industrial Dearness Allowance, Special Allowance @ 6%, Conveyance Allowance, Annual Performance Reward, LTC/LTA, Leave and Encashment of Earned Leave, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity etc.

- Junior Trainees:
- ITI in Fitter / Machinist / Mill Wright (MMTM) or Electrician / Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) / Electronics / Electronics Mechanic / Mechanic cum Operator Electronics Communication System / Mechanic Industrial Electronics / Instrument Mechanic / Civil Engineer Assistant / Refractory Technician OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Civil Engineering / Ceramic Technology.
- OCM (Trainees): Matric /SSC (10th Standard) with full time ITI (two years and above duration with NCVT Certificate in any trade) (or) Diploma in Engineering courses in any discipline (conducted by State Board of Technical Education and Training) with valid Heavy Motor Vehicle License (Transport).
Experience (If Any): Not Required

Selection Process: Selection will be through Online Computer Based Test followed by Certificate Verification and Medical Examination of the provisionally selected candidates.
